What this study aims to achieve?
The first aim of this study is to examine the impact of EDMed on pre-service and in-service school and health professionals’ knowledge of the implications of serious illness in the school environment. The second aim is to investigate the impact of EDMed on professionals’ perceived capacity to accommodate students with serious illness in the school. We will also be examining whether professionals who participate in EDMed are satisfied with the program and whether they believe they can readily apply support strategies in their work practices.
EdMed is now closed to recruitment.
