Study with us

The Behavioural Sciences Unit (BSU) at the Kids Cancer Centre, Sydney Children’s Hospital and UNSW welcomes research applications from prospective Honours, Masters by Research and PhD students. The multidisciplinary environment of the BSU, including clinicians, psychologists, dietitians and neuropsychologists is altogether distinctive in the region. It offers students a unique research environment for various projects across paediatric cancer and other serious illnesses, psychology, genetics, medicine and nutrition.

As supervisors, we strive to support students throughout their project, to ensure the best quality outcome. We also place significant importance on ‘life after studies’ and support students to build their CVs to make them competitive for future positions.
